The video below illustrates the first five iterations in the construction of a Sierpinski Carpet Relative via scaling, translations, and rotations. In the actual iterated function system, the scaling is done with respect to the origin, then the rotations would be done around the origin before the final translations. In the video the translations are done before the rotation. This was done primarily for convenience is producing the video.
