Initialization File

The IFSkit.ini file will save

This file must be in the same folder as the IFS Construction Kit program. If the program encounters an error when trying to read the ini file, or if the file does not exist, then the default values will be used and a new ini file will be created when you quit the program. If necessary, you can delete the ini file (or rename it temporarily) to restore all values back to the default the next time you open the program.

You can edit this file if absolutely necessary, but if you make any mistakes in its expected format, the program may overwrite the file with the default values the next time the program is run.

No changes can be made to a locked IFSkit.ini file. This can be useful if you are using the program with students in a lab setting where they are all accessing the same initialization file.
